Reservations/
Ticket Purchases |
You can purchase your ticket anytime before departure. Please purchase your ticket within 72 hours of making your reservation.
Reservations for all sectors are required and must be confirmed before ticketing. |

| Stopovers |
Up to two stopovers within Europe are permitted at an additional
charge of ¥20,000 per stopover. |
| Transfers |
- One transfer is permitted within Japan for each outbound
or inbound journey.
- Within Europe, three transfers are permitted for each outbound or inbound journey. |
| Refunds |
"Eco-wari Standard" to Europe is refundable but subject to a handling fee.

Handling fee: ¥17,500 for adults (¥13,200 for children)
[After departure]
The applicable standard fare for the route traveled is calculated and deducted from the paid amount. 15% of the balance, if any, will be deducted as a handling fee. However, in most cases there is no balance to be refunded after departure. |

One-way use of Eco-wari Premium Light fare to Europe is permitted.
In such a case, the final fare is the combination of a half of Eco-wari Standard round trip fare and a half of Eco-wari Premium Light round trip fare. |
