Ticket Purchases |
1)You can purchase your ticket anytime before departure. Ticketing must be completed by the time limits below.
For reservations made at least 91 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 7 days after making reservations.
For reservations made within 90 days and at least 31 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 5 days after making reservations.
For reservations made within 30 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 3 days after making reservations.
2)Reservations for all sectors are required and must be confirmed before ticketing. |

Changes |

One transfer is permitted in Japan for each outbound or inbound journey.
Within Europe, three transfer is permitted for each outbound or inbound journey. |
| Stopovers |
Up to two stopovers within Europe are permitted at an additional charge of¥20,000 per stopover. |
| Regurations for Routing |
Japan-Europe route are limited to ANA operating flights. |
| Refunds |
"Eco-wari Premium" to Europe is refundable but subject to a handling fee.

Handling fee:¥17,500 for adults (¥13,200 for children)
[After departure]
The applicable standard fare for the route traveled is calculated and deducted from the paid amount. 15% of the balance, if any, will be deducted as a handling fee. |
