Please be informed that, effective 01 January 2005, ANA has introduced "Ticketing
Service Charge" which is applied for all tickets including child discount
tickets issued at ANA city office in London and airport ticket sales counter.
The charge does not apply for the following tickets.
*Award tickets of ANA Mileage Club.
*Any tickets which purchased through our website ( anaskyweb.com/uk/e )
