| Fuel Surcharge Information for ANA customers |
| |
| Responding to the high price of crude oil and kerosene, as well as the increased
cost of insurance coverage and airport security, we wish to advise that All Nippon
Airways Group airlines will be applying a fuel surcharge as follows. |

| Applicable Condition for the Surcharges |
| 1) |
The fuel surcharge shall apply evenly to all passengers, and
the amount is same to adults, children and infants. The fuel surcharge shall
apply on AMC award tickets as well. |
| 2) |
When an unused portion of the ticket is presented for refund, the surcharges
for such sectors will be refunded in full. |
| 3) |
Amount may change without advance notice subject to government approval of
related countries. |
| 4) |
The handling procedures for an amendments to Fuel Surcharge occurring after
a ticket issuance and before the date of departure are as follows. |

When a ticket is not changed (*),
no adjustment of Fuel Surcharge will be made. |
| - |
When the first international sector of the ticket is changed (*),
difference between the Fuel Surcharge applicable to the original ticket and the
revised Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted. |

When the sectors other than the first international sector of a ticket are
changed (*), no adjustment of the Fuel Surcharge will be made. |

Change means changes in itinerary, departure date with the same flight number,
flight number with the same itinerary, and booking of a flight on the open dated
tickets. |

Example: For the first international sector
- Departure date change from March 25 to April 5 for NH915 Tokyo-Bangkok.
- Flight number change from NH915 to NH953 Tokyo-Bangkok on the same day.
- Making reservation of NH915 Tokyo- Bangkok on April 5 for open dated ticket. |
