Procedure
Please complete payment at the appropriate ANA counter (city branch office or airport) in Japan by the end of the payment period. (You will receive a customer copy of your ANA e-Ticket.) |

Fare differences may be paid for using cash, Electronic Money "Edy", ANA Gift Vouchers, ANA Travel Vouchers, or credit cards if the "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" are insufficient. |

Changing your reservations

Fare rules of the purchased ticket apply. |

Reservation changes may not be accepted for some fares. |
|
In the case of reservations with adjustable fares, changes to the same sector are only accepted prior to the reserved departure date. |

Changes and cancellations for reservations with adjustable fares are handled at the AMC Service Center or Membership Desks. In such cases, please indicate that you are using "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)."
*Changes and cancellations are not available for reservations made on the internet.
*No cash or "ANA Value Voucher (Coupon)" refunds will be given for cancellations made by the customer. |

Changes to destination or airlines other than ANA flights are not allowed. |

In case of one-way fares, fares differ depending on the time of travel. Therefore, fare difference may occur when requesting changes to travel date or flight.

If the ticket was purchased by a method other than “ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)”, the fare difference be repaid up to but no more than the maximum amount. |

Refund
Should a customer wish to return a ticket purchased with "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)," a refund will be given for the portion of the product cost that was paid by means other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)."

Cancellation fees and refund fees will be deducted from the amount paid by methods other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)." |

The portion of the product cost paid by "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" may not be refunded in cash or "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" or redeemed for mileage. |

ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) will be returned, in addition to the normal refund for payment made by methods other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)", in special cases such as flight cancellation due to bad weather, aircraft failure, or passenger sickness. ("ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" will not be returned in special cases such as flight cancellation due to bad weather if they have expired at the time of completing the refund procedures.) |

Mileage Accrual
Flight miles may be accrued to the passenger flying with the ticket exchanged with "ANA Value Vouchers （Coupon）". |
