Job Title: Customer Service Agent (Permanent)
Location: London City Office (Hammersmith)
Right to work in the UK: Only applicants who can provide evidence of right to work in the UK will be considered.
Salary: £16,650 per annum, rising to £17,250 after a successful 6 months probation
Purpose: To provide good service to passengers and travel agents who either wish to make reservations for flight, limousine, hotel, or to deal with various aspects of ANA’s Frequent Flyers Programme.
Job Description:
  • Make flight bookings for award and revenue passengers, travel agents and award passengers
  • Deal with any queries from ANA FFP members, prospective members and Star Alliance members
  • Ensure that a good working relationship is maintained with the general public, travel agency and tour managers in such way as to promote a positive image of ANA
  • Determine customer needs and provide essential services.
  • Operate a visual display terminal and wear a telephone headset and/or earpiece
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisors/Managers of Customer Service Centre
Skills, knowledge & qualifications:
  • The position requires good command of written and spoken Japanese
  • Fluent English
  • Good telephone manner and appreciation of customer service
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role would be an advantage
  • Good listening skills
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline maintaining good attention to details

Terms & conditions:

  2. Satisfactory medical questionnaire assessment
  3. 6 months probationary period
Hours of work:

37.5 hours per week on 7-day shift pattern
