| ANA Group Business Plan FY2003 |

TOKYO, January 23, 2003 The ANA Group, All Nippon Airways (ANA),
Air Nippon (ANK) Air Japan (AJX) and Air Nippon Network (A-net or AKX) announced
the ANA Group business plan for FY 2003 (April 1, 2003 - March 31, 2004).
Main changes from the previous fiscal year are as follows:
1. International Operations
(1) Further expansion of service to China |
- The ANA Group will further increase flights to China, to respond to brisk
demand for both passengers and cargo.
- From Narita to China, 7 flights will be increased. From Kansai, the Beijing
route will become a daily service in addition to the Shanghai route, which will
become twice daily starting February 2003.
- Daily service between Narita - Dalian will start in November 2003 as the first
among airlines in China and Japan.

| 2. Domestic Operations |
| |
| (1) |
ANA will increase service, compared to the previous year, on the main routes
of Haneda - Sapporo, Fukuoka, Itami Substantially. |
| (2) |
Short-haul, turbo-prop business at Itami airport will begin by Air Nippon
Network (A-Net). Itami - Kochi service scheduled to be inaugurated in October 2003. |
| (3) |
To promote unified ANA brand, number of ANA flights operated by ANK will be
added. Number of the routes concerned will be increased 35 routes in total by 16 routes added in FY2003. |
| (4) |
New routes, Haneda - Noto will be inaugurated two flights per day in July
2003. And 6 routes, Kansai - Fukuoka, Fukuoka - Okinawa, Nagoya - Sapporo, Sedndai
- Sapporo, Fukushima - Sapporo, Okinawa - Ishigaki will be increased flights. |

ANA and ANK will suspend 5 unprofitable domestic routes, which are Haneda
- Asahikawa, Aomori, Tokushima; Fukuoka - Miyazaki, Kagoshima and ANA will decrease
service of 3 routes, which are Kansai-Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Kagoshima. |
