Exchanging to a Ticket
By the date informed at the time of reservation, please exchange to a ticket
at ANA ticketing counter (city branch office·airport) in Japan.

Payment
Fare difference may be paid with cash or credit card in case of insufficient "ANA
Value Vouchers". Changes will not be paid even if the amount of "ANA
Value Vouchers" exceeds the ticket value. |

Changing your reservations

Fare rules of the purchased ticket apply. |

Changes to reservation may not be accepted on certain discounted fares. |

In case of normal fares, the changes on same sector are accepted only
prior to reserved departure date. |

Changes are accepted over the phone. Please contact ANA Domestic Reservation
Center and inform your use of "ANA Value Vouchers". |

Changes on destination or airlines other than ANA group* are not accepted. |

In case of normal fare, fares differ depending on the time of travel, therefore,
the fare difference may occur when requesting changes on travel date or flight.

cash and "ANA Value Vouchers" will the fare difference will
be paid in cash however no more than the maximum of cash spent. |

Refund
|
When cancellation of the ticket exchanged with "ANA Value Vouchers" is
due to passenger’s own convenience, cash refund of the ticket or return
of the vouchers is not accepted. In addition, mileage redeemed for "ANA
Value Vouchers" will not be returned to the account. Extra attention may
be required for discount fare tickets. When the ticket with "no reservation
change" is cancelled, then using at later date is not permitted, and refund
is not allowed. However, "ANA value vouchers" will be returned in
addition to the normal refund for payment in cash or by credit card, in special
case of refund, such as flight cancellation due to bad weather or aircraft
failure, or sickness of passenger. |

If the ticket is purchased by combination of "ANA Value Vouchers" and
cash or credit card, unless the ticket has any refund restriction, the refund
may be made in cash or credit card no more than the maximum of payment made.
The certain refund charge may be deducted from the cash or credit card refund. |

Mileage Accrual
Flight miles may be accrued to the passenger flying with the ticket exchanged
with "ANA Value Vouchers". |
