[ In the same seasonality ]
Mileage required for award tickets is calculated based on the distance of all sectors (total of the basic mileage for each sector), and the seasonality applicable to the departure date of each sector is also a factor when calculating the required mileage.
[ Combination of different seasonality ]
If the seasonality of the first and second sectors differ, the 1/2 of the required mileage of each seasonality will be combined.
1:Calculate the total of each sector's basic mileage : 566 miles in total
2:Check where the miles are classified. 566 miles is "0 to 600 miles" level.
3:Check the seasonality. "Regular season" applies to August 7, 2008, while "High season" applies to August 8, 2008.
4:Calculate the required mileage. First sector: "0 to 600 miles" class "Regular season" 12,000 miles
Second sector: "0 to 600 miles" class "High season" 15,000 miles

[ Okinawa remote island flights ]
If the travel seasonality of each of the four sectors differ when you travel remote island flights connection on Okinawa (Okinawa to Miyako/Ishigaki), the entire distance of your itinerary (the figure of basic mileage levels by sector) needs to be calculated, and then quarters of the required mileage of each seasonality are combined. |

[When using Awards Tickets]
Member
If the member is using the award, please insert ANA Card or AMC Card used at the time of reservation into the automated check-in / purchase machine or automated check-in machine at the departure airport in Japan. Please proceed to the security check after receiving the "Customer's receipt for ANA ticket".
Family
If a family member is using the award not accompanied by the member, please provide the "9-Digit Receipt Number" and "Reservation
Number" to the family member who will board the flight. If the award is reserved via the ANA Web Page, please note the "9-Digit
Confirmation Number" and "Reservation Number" indicated on completion of the reservation screen.
You can check-in by inputting the numbers into the automated ticketing or check-in machine at the departure airport in Japan.
* Please also state the "9-Digit Confirmation Number" and "Reservation Number" when checking in at the counter.
* Please contact ANA counter at the airport on the date if you forget the "9-Digit Receipt Number." Check-in is only available when ANA can confirm the personal identification for each customer. In such cases, statements of reservation details and official documents (Driver's license, Passport, Health insurance card) must be presented.

|
Japan Domestic Flight Award reservations are only eligible for regular seats. Premium class is subject to availability on the day of
the flight at the airport. In this case, please pay the predetermined fee for Premium class.
*Use of the Premium Class is not applicable to the accumulation of mileage/premium points. |

|

Japan Domestic flight awards are valid for 90 days from the day following the date of ticket issue. Please be aware that the date of ticket issue is the same as the date of reservation. |

Once the application is submitted, the passenger name, the name of the person whose mileage is being redeemed and the sector cannot be changed. |

Dates and flights can be changed. |
|
If the seasonality changes as a result of such departure date change, the required mileage must be adjusted. When the required mileage increases, the date will be changed after redeeming the difference in mileage. If there is not enough mileage to adjust the difference in value, the reservation cannot be changed. If the required mileage decreases, the difference in mileage will be refunded. However, please note that mileage cannot be refunded if the validity has expired at the time of refund. Differences between mileages cannot be adjusted other than by mileages, i.e., not by cash. |

Flight reservations can be changed up to four days prior to the new departure date (excluding the day of departure). Flight reservations must be changed before the departure date. Open tickets cannot be issued. The entire itinerary must be reserved. If a seat is available on the same sector of a flight prior to the reserved flight on the same reserved boarding date at the airport, you may board that flight. |

When an infant (under the age of three*) is traveling using a Flight Award, he/she may use a seat by redeeming the same amount of mileage
as the adult provided that they are over 8 days old.On the other hand, if the infant is not using an award, a separate ticket with child fare or various
discount fares（able to hold a seat）on the same flight as the adult must be purchased. Or, one infant per one adult may board at no cost if
an adult will share a seat and hold the infant. |

As shown on the left, a two-year-old child may sit on the lap of an adult at no cost. It is possible to hold a seat by redeeming an award ticket using
the same amount of mileage as an adult, or purchasing a separate child fare or special discount fare ticket. |

years-old)are traveling with you
As shown on the left, a one-year-old child may sit on the lap of an adult at no cost, but a two-year-old child must use an award ticket redeeming the same
amount of mileage as an adult, or purchase a child fare or special discount fare ticket. |

"Awards User Registration (up to ten persons)" is required for those other than the member to use an award. Please register through the member's exclusive functions area on ANA SKY WEB, or request an "Award User Registration Form" from the AMC Service Center. The award user may be asked to provide documentation proving a family relationship with the member.
