Starting from 12,000 miles for one way.
Please purchase an air ticket in which reservations for all sectors have been completed when using an Upgrade Award.
Differential mileage by seasonality will not apply for upgrade awards.

When an infant (under two-years-old for international flights)* is using Upgrade Awards, a child fare or special fare ticket with eligible upgrade sectors must be purchased. In addition, the same amount of mileage as an adult must be redeemed.
If the ticket prior to upgrade is for an infant fare (not able to hold a seat), upgrade is not allowed. On the other hand, if an infant is not using an award, a separate infant fare (not able to hold a seat) or child fare (able to hold a seat) ticket showing the same upgraded class of service as an adult must be purchased.

| Validity of Upgrade Award |

Upgrade Awards that have been applied for once are valid only for your reserved flights. After a reservation is confirmed, any changes to passenger name, flight number, date, sector, or cabin class are not permitted. |

Once the application is submitted, the passenger name and the name of the person whose mileage is being redeemed cannot be changed. |

Changes to Upgrade Awards are not permitted. If you wish to change the details of your application, please request a cancellation and refund before the departure of your reserved flight and apply for a new Upgrade Award. |

| Waitlisting |

Waitlisting reservations can be accepted up to the actual boarding date. However, please check whether your seat is confirmed at the check-in counter on your departure day. The required mileage for awards will be deducted from the account when your seat is confirmed. |

Reservations for another ticket with the same cabin class as a reservation using Upgrade Awards(overlap reservation)may not be accepted. If you have an overlap reservation, you cannot receive an upgrade at the airport on the departure day. |

Notes for Using Awards

"Awards User Registration (up to ten persons)" is required for those other than the member to use an award. Please register through the member's exclusive functions area on ANA SKY WEB, or request an "Award User Registration Form" from the AMC Service Center. The award user may be asked to provide documentation proving a family relationship with the member.

Seats for Upgrade Awards are subject to availability at all times(Award seats may not be available on some flights.) Please note that seats may be unavailable for awards, even if seats are available for paid tickets. |

Upgrade Awards cannot be combined and used with International Flight Awards. |

When Upgrade Awards are used, mileage accrual and addition of ANA premium points are conducted based on the class of ticket purchased. |

Direct check-in for upgraded flights is not always allowed due to various reasons to include airport of departure, airline boarding issues, or other system reasons if using ANA flights and connecting from another airline. In such cases, you are required to check-in again at the airport while in transit. |

Besides awards that are eligible for the "Refund Service for Unused Awards", mileage that has been redeemed for Upgrade Awards cannot be refunded to a mileage account. |

| Information on U.K. Air Passenger Duty / French Air Passenger Solidarity Tax Payments |

Information on U.K. Air Passenger Duty / French International Air Passenger Solidarity Tax Payments The amounts for the following Air Passenger Duty and Tax differ according to each boarding cabin class. Those using Upgrade Awards by mileage are also required to pay such duty or tax. Please note that the difference in the amount of duty varies according to the boarding class for each ticket issued and will be collected at the airport. |
