of points will be converted to ANA Mileage Club Mileage
account.
*You need to contact your credit card company every
time you wish to convert points to miles.
Once you register your request to your credit card company,
points will be automatically converted to miles each
month. |

| Note |

Annual Processing Fee of 2,100 yen (including tax)
is required for both each time mile transfer (regardless of number
of requests ) and automatic mile transfer for ANA VISA/Master Card(*1)
ANA JCB Card, ANA eLIO Card(*2). The fee is waived for Wide Gold
Card and Student Card. |

ANA Diners Card holders must contact Diners Club every time you
wish to convert points to miles. (no processing fee) |

Only points earned by ANA Card purchase and present campaign
offered by credit card companies are applicable.
*Bonus points and Premium points of ANA VISA/Master Card(*1)are
not applicable. |

Only primary member is applicable. Any purchase done by the family

| About the Conversion Method |

You can transfer minimum of one point of campaign
point . |

No maximum limit of transferring points. |

The rules and regulations of transferring campaign points are
governed by each credit card company. Please contact your credit
card company for details. |
|
When choosing "mile transfer on request", the request
deadline for converting points to miles is the 15th of each month
(The previous business day if it falls on Sat. Sun. or National
Holiday). The request deadline for ANA eLIO Card (*2) is the last
day of each month, and for ANA JCB Card,miles are converted one
week after telephone, internet request and two weeks after the
receipt of request form by mail. However, actual mileage transfer,
date depends on each credit card company. (transferring to miles
may take some additional time) |

When choosing "automatic mile transfer", the deadline
for converting points to miles is one time each month, (10th or
8th of each month/27th for ANA eLIO Card (*2) ). However, actual
mileage transfer date depends on each credit card company. (transferring
to miles may take some additional time) |

Once points are converted to miles, they cannot be converted
back to credit card campaign points. In addition, ANA Mileage Club
miles cannot be converted to campaign points. |
