| ANA Mileage Club Member who reside outside of Japan, and up to eight
people (including the Primary Member) who are within two degrees of family
member relationship may also be registered. |

| Same as the eligibility for the use of Awards for ANA Mileage Club. (Primary
Member or Family Member within 2 degrees who have registered at "Registration

| A registration fee of 1,000 miles shall be required for registration
of this service (new registration and registration of additional
changes) each time a registration is made (Registration fee shall
be deducted from the Primary Members mileage account). |

| Miles will be accrued to each ANA Mileage Club Member according to the ANA
Number. Miles will not be accrued to family units (individuals combined) which
are registered for this service. |

| You can combine and use the miles of the Primary Member and the Family Member
who are registered for FA. |

| <Method of use> |
|
The Primary Member should apply for Awards prior to the application
deadline at ANA Mileage Club Service Center
at each area located outside of Japan.
Please apply within the validated period of the mileage if applying for awards
with combined mileage (until December 31 of the second year after the year when
the mileage are earned.) Please note that expired mileage cannot be combined. |
