| The Diamond Service members will be able to take advantage of a top priority
waitlisting service for themselves and companions when making reservations if
their chosen ANA Group flight is full. |

| Reservation Centers for all Star Alliance
airlines will offer Diamond Service members priority waitlisting on reservation

| Top Priority Award Ticket Reservation |
| |
| All Diamond Service members making Award Ticket reservations for ANA Group flights (Domestic*1*2, International*2 or Upgrade Awards*2) via the Diamond Service Desk will be given the utmost priority. Furthermore, Award Ticket reservations made for the person accompanying the Diamond Service member using the member's miles will also be given priority. |

The Diamond Service Desk will accept reservation requests two weeks in advance of the official two-month reservation period prior to boarding date. Please note that reservation will not be confirmed until two month prior to the departure date.
Reservations will be taken from 10:30 on the first day. The bording dates of both the first and the second segment must be within 2 months and 14 days. |

| Advance Reservations for Japan Domestic Flights |
| |
Diamond Service members and their travel companions will be eligible for advance reservations via the Diamond Service Desk for ANA Group domestic flights 14 days in advance of the official two month period prior to boarding. (Reservations will not be confirmed until two month prior to boarding date. Please visit the homepage or contact the Diamond Service Desk for final confirmation.) |

Flight awards seats are subject to availability at all times. Tabiwari and Chowari reservations will be handled via special chowari reservation numbers as applicable for that time period. |

This benefit will not be available for reservations made through the Internet or other reservations channels such as bookings made through travel agents and others. |
