Required training and knowledge for all cabin attendants

Cabin attendants take a cabin attendant qualifications training course to learn the necessary skills (techniques and knowledge) and acquire the qualifications that allows them to perform their duties. They must learn their duties and roles regarding emergency equipment, emergency evacuation, and first aid. They must also develop the proper attitudes towards passengers while mastering various service manners. Even after becoming professional cabin attendants they must undergo regular training (recurrent emergency training) or forfeit their qualification. In the recurrent emergency training they study emergency situations, emergency evacuation, emergency door operation, and other necessary skills (techniques and knowledge) for their role as cabin attendants. But it doesn't end there. They must improve their security awareness and ability to deal with emergency situations. Cabin attendants must also receive other training, including training for qualifications on other aircraft types, service code training, and first-class cabin attendant qualifications training.
