The In-flight Services Section is directly responsible for onboard passenger
care, the Passenger Services Section provides boarding and arrival guidance for
passengers, and the thoroughly trained pilots in the Flight Operations Section
put us at ease. The Maintenance Section inspects the aircraft with a highly critical
eye and maintains very high safety standards. We will also introduce ANA's other
sections and staff and show how they contribute to your safe journey.
