This section draws up a very detailed flight plan and provides the pilots
with various information concerning the flight operations.
Flight Operations Control Group includes Flight Control, which oversees ANA's
entire operations and sends directions to the necessary parties. Airport Control
supports arriving and departing flights at the respective airports.

| Flight Crew Group |

| This section consists of the pilots who are trained to a very high standard
and possess a high degree of confidence. Flight Crew Group comprises many sub-sections.
In addition to the pilots, there is a flight crew schedule section that supports
over 600 flights a day and draws up crew schedules. In addition there are sections
that monitor pilot health, execute training and check programs to make sure that
flight crewmembers maintain the highest level of technical skill and have mastered
the latest know-how, thereby guaranteeing ANA's reliability. There is also a quality
control section that monitors flight quality in order to improve our services. |
