| ANA Concludes Commitment Line Agreement with 15 Japanese Banks |

| TOKYO January 31, 2007 - ANA (All Nippon Airways) concluded today a Commitment Line agreement with a syndicate of 15 major Japanese banks, under the terms of which it can access up to ¥100 billion during a three to five year term. The money may be borrowed for any length of time up to three to five years from the date of application. |

| The agreement will allow ANA to reduce its surplus balance of funds, thus reducing interest bearing debt and improving its balance sheet. |

| A Commitment Line is a system under which companies can borrow money up to a predetermined amount in accordance with agreed conditions. |
