| Golden Week Holiday Passenger Traffic Results |

TOKYO, May 7, 2002 — All Nippon Airways (ANA), announced passenger
traffic results for the ANA Group airlines, ANA, Air Nippon (ANK), Air Japan (AJX)
and Air Hokkaido (ADK) for the Golden Week holiday period from Saturday, April
27 through Monday, May 6.
Golden Week is one of Japan's most famous holiday periods and encompasses a series
of national holidays that includes the former emperor's birthday, now Green Day,
Constitution Day, Citizen's Day and Children's Day. This year an extra day was
figured in on Monday, May 6 as Children's Day fell on a Sunday.
