Smart-e Check-in Information for passengers boarding on flights to Japan
Passengers scheduled to board on flights to Japan will be able to select or change seat assignment, immediately following ticket purchase and up to 1 hour prior to departure by accessing the ANA website.
 
 
For passengers flying from Japan and Shanghai, [Smart-e Pick-up] service may also be used to receive the boarding pass by simply checking-in using [Smart-e check-in], prior to arriving at the airport.
* For all other destinations, please pick-up your boarding pass at the check-in counter.
* This service is not applicable for the following destinations: Dalian, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Shenyang, Xiamen, Tianjin and Ho Chi Minh City.
