| Reservations/ Ticket Purchases |
1) Reservations must be made 14 days before departure at the latest. Ticketing must be completed by the time limits below or 14 days before departure, whichever is earlier.
For reservations made at least 91 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 7 days after making reservations.
For reservations made within 90 days and at least 31 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 5 days after making reservations.
For reservations made within 30 days and at least 14 days before departure: ticketing must be completed within 3 days after making reservations.
2) If the itinerary consists of Type B or C, waitlisting on international sectors operated by ANA group carriers is not permitted. For domestic sectors within Japan, any sectors operated by other airlines, and other airlines' sectors, waitlisting will be held for maximum 72 hours after making reservation or until 14 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.
3) If the itinerary consists of Type A only, waitlisting will be held until 14 days prior to departure.
4) Reservation with waitlisted segments will be cancelled automatically after the time limit above. Confirmed segments will also be cancelled together.
For reservations originally waitlisted and wholly confirmed, ticket must be purchased within 72 hours after reservation status is checked by the customers.
5) Reservations for all sectors are required and must be confirmed before ticketing. |

However, when this fee is greater than 50% of the fare, the handling fee shall be 50% of the fare.
