| - Changes and Cancellations |

Date changes are permitted only within the reservation period,
and only for travel within the prescribed discount period. Please make any changes
through ANA SKY WEB. If you wish to change your reservation to a flight date
outside of the promotional period, or to a different qualifying mileage discount
period, you will be charged 3,000 mile handling fee* for refund, and you may
then make a new reservation using the normal required mileage. |

Mileage used for award redemption will be refunded to the accounts of passengers
only when tickets are completely unused over all segments with a 3,000 mileage refund fee. |
