Register mileage when making reservations and checking in at the
airport

State your ANA number when making flight reservations for ANA
Group International flights, and present your AMC Card/ANA Card when checking
in. |

International Sky Recorders (photo on the right) have been installed at International
flight check-in counters and boarding gates at Narita and Kansai airports. If
for some reason, your ANA number was not registered when making reservations
or checking in for an ANA Group flights*, simply register your miles by inserting
your AMC Card/ANA Card and boarding pass into the International Sky Recorder. |

using the International Sky Recorder (refer to ANA
HALLO TOUR) for accruing package tours) . |

When making flight transfers, please make sure to register at each airport
or transfer. |

When using flights operated by other airlines, mileage cannot be registered using the Sky Recorder, so please submit your registration by post afterwards. |

State your ANA number when making reservation.
Please also present your ANA or AMC membership card at check in on the day of
departure. Mileage credit may not be done automatically if registration was not
requested at either reservation or check in.
*Mileage accrual for Air China, retroactive registration by mail is always need.
*Present each time you transit if you have a flight connecting. |

| Eligibility for Accrual |
|
 |
International flight mileage = Basic Mileage x Accrual Rate (based on ticketed class).
The accrual rate per fare type differs according to each partner airline. |
|
Mileage will be accrued only for members who board a flight. |
|
In cases where an additional seat is purchased for musical instrument, picture,
or a similar reason, no mileage accrual is permitted for the additional seat
purchased. |
|
The mileage accrual rate for child fares will be the same as the mileage
accrual rate set for adult fares in the same class of service. |
|
In case of complimentary upgrades and upgrade awards, mileage accrual will
be based on the ticketed class. In case of downgrades however, mileage accrual
will be based on the class boarded. |
|
Charter flight is only applicable if operated by ANA. The accrual rate is
50% of basic mileage regardless of class boarded. |
|
Bonus miles will only be credited for flights where mileage has been credited
to the ANA Mileage Club |

Under no circumstances will mileage credit be granted for flights not boarded
(due to delay, cancellation, etc.). |

Duplicate registration of mileage with partner programs is prohibited. |

Once mileage has been credited to a partner program, it can not be converted
to ANA Mileage Club mileage. Conversely, once mileage has been credited to the
ANA Mileage Club program, it can not be converted to mileage in a partner program. |

| Code Share Flights |
|
|
Code share flights operated by AMC partner airlines' aircraft and crew but
were reserved and boarded with ANA flight number will be credited by operating
carrier flight excluding some cases. However, code share flight of ANA partner
airlines and other airlines may not be eligible for mielage accrual. |
|
Operating airline flight numbers are shown on mileage statements ANA
SKY WEB. |
|
Bonus miles are only applicable when the operating flight shown in the statement
and ANA SKY WEB (account obalance
check) is eligible for the accrual of bonus miles. |
|
"Premium points" is applicable to fares eligible for accrual on
flights operated by ANA Group filghts or any Star Alliance member airline when
mileage has been credited to the ANA Mileage Club. |

Mileage only accumulates on code-sharing flights between ANA [NH] and Eva Air [BR]. |

Mileage only accumulates on normal fare classes (C/Y) of flights operated by BR. However, when the flights operated by BR are issued and used as an NH flight code, mileage can also be accrued on discount fare business class and discount fare economy class bookings. |

Air miles accumulate on BR flight codes when using EL code-sharing on BR flights. Premium points, and various types of bonus miles that would have been accrued when using ANA flights are not applicable in this instance. |

| Retroactive Registration |
|
| If you forget to register your ANA number in advance, or if there
is a difference between the actual mileage activity, please send the applicable
documents of confirmation with a memo stating your ANA number to the Retroactive
Registration Section at the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, within
6 months (valid postmarked date) from your boarding date. After confirmation
is completed, your flight mileage will be credited to your mileage account. Please
make sure to keep all necessary documents for retroactive registration. Please
note that retroactive registration cannot be accepted for any reason without
the appropriate document for confirmation. |
