Mileage can be earned on ANA domestic flights or IBEX Airlines. |

You can earn domestic flight mileage by simply giving your AMC number when
reserving your flight. |

If you did not register your AMC number when you making reservations, simply
insert you AMC card/ANA Card and boarding pass into the "Sky Recorder" (photo
on the left) set at the boarding gate. |

Insert the boarding pass after flight check-in. When making flight transfers,
please make sure to register at each airport of transfer. |

When connecting to an international flight from a Japan domestic flight,
please present your AMC Card/ANA Card at check-in to ensure mileage accrual. |

When traveling ANA · Air Nippon flight package tour, please register
with Sky Recorder (refer to ANA
HALLO TOUR for Tour Mileage accrual). |

Please keep all necessary documents for retroactive registration until mileage
accrual confirmation (See below). |

| Japan Domestic Flight Eligibility for Accrual |
|
 |
Bonus miles will only be credited for applicable flights where
that mileage has been credited to AMC. |
|
Mileage will be accrued as ANA flight if reservation and
boarding is made with ANA flight number. |
|
In the case when an additional seat is purchased for musical
instrument, picture or similar, no mileage accrual is permitted for the additional
seat purchased. |

Under no circumstances will mileage credit be granted for flights not boarded
due to delay, cancellation, etc. |

Duplicate registration of mileage with partner programs is prohibited. |

Once mileage has been credited to a partner program, it can not be converted
to ANA Mileage Club mileage. Conversely, once mileage has been credited to
ANA Mileage Club program, it can not be converted to mileage in a partner program. |

Charter flights, flight award tickets, complimentary discount tickets, inclusive
Tour Fare, are not eligible for mileage accrual. |

Super Seat Premium
fare (including Super Seat Premium fare, Super Seat Premium
Child fare, and Super Seat Premium Handicapped Discount
fare) is eligible for 100% of the basic mileage plus 100 miles.
Super Seat Premium Special Discount fare (including Super Seat
Premium Shareholder Special Discount fare) is eligible for 75%
of the basic mileage plus 100 miles.
However, when Super
Seat Premium is combined with ineligible tickets for mileage
accrual, 100 additional miles will not be awarded. |

| Retroactive Registration |
|
| If you forget to register your ANA number in advance, or if there is a difference
between the mileage printed on the statement and the actual mileage activity,
please register through ANA SKY WEB or send the applicable documents of confirmation
with a memo stating your ANA number to the Retroactive Registration section
at the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, within 6 months (valid postmarked date)
from your boarding date. After confirmation is completed, your domestic flight
mileage will be credited to your mileage account. |

Retroactive registration is not accepted if 6 months has passed from the
date of activity. In addition, retroactive registration request is valid only
when application for the membership has been processed (application for retroactive
registration alone cannot be accepted as an application for membership). |

be returned. Please send the original documents, and keep copies for your personal
records. |
