| The ANA Platinum Service is a program offering special services over a one-year
period, aiming to express our gratitude to customers who fly frequently with ANA
Group flights and Star Alliance carriers. In addition to services and privileges
already offered to members when they travel on ANA Group flights, Platinum Service
members, as Star Alliance Gold Members, are eligible for a variety of higher level
benefits aimed at their particular comfort and enjoyment when travelling on ANA
Group or any Star Alliance airline, including lounge access and priority check-in. |

| Qualifying for the Platinum Service |

| Members who have earned more than 50,000 ANA Premium Points* over a one-year period (from January through December) are entitled to receive the Platinum Service for one year from the following April. |

Flights on ANA Group flights and Star Alliance member airlines must be boarded with eligible mileage accrual fares and registered to ANA Mileage Club. However, code-share flights operated by IBEX Airlines are applicable only when reserved and boarded with an ANA flight number. |

| Star Alliance Gold Membership |
| |
| Platinum Service Members will automatically become Star Alliance Gold members,
a status which is indicated by the Star Alliance Gold mark featured on the Platinum Service Card. (Please note that no individual Star Alliance Card is available.) |
