| The successful candidate is responsible for associated with handling passenger at HK International Airport, to coordinate and develop the handling procedures, and to monitor the handling agent's performance to ensure they acted in compliance with the Company service standard. |

Requirements:

High school certificate or equivalent |

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese. |
| - |
Computer knowledge of MS Office & Japanese Word Processing |
| - |
Relevant working experience in airline / customer services industry is an advantage |

Able to work under pressure |

Remuneration package includes reduced fare travel, medical and other fringe benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
