| ASSISTANT MANAGER, PASSENGER SERVICES (Ref: AM-PS) |

The successful candidate is responsible to oversee the Company's daily operations at HK International Airport. To monitor the level of service performance of the appointed ground handling companies in accordance with the Company's standards and policies.
Close liaison with the management of handling companies and develop good relationship with the official bodies such as HK Airport Authority. Frequent and actively participate in the Company business development projects.
Report to Passenger Services Manager. |

| Requirements: |

Diploma holder or equivalent |
| - |
At least 10 years solid airport passenger services experience in an international airline, or travel industry, of which minimum 5 years in managerial position |

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Japanese speaking would be advantage but not essential |

Proficient in MS Office applications |
| - |
Innovative and analytical mind |
| - |
Able to work independently as well as a good team player with positive and flexible
working attitude |
| - |
Shift duty is required at the HK International Airport |
Remuneration package includes reduced fare travel, medical and other fringe benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. |
