What's 'Ferry Transfer Service'?
'Ferry Transfer Service' makes it possible to have connection with the cities of Pearl River Delta (Macau, Shenzhen Shekou, Shenzhen Fuyong, Dongguan Humen, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai) without passing through Immigration and Customs in Hong Kong.

| From September 1st. 2007, Check-in for flights to Japan is available at Shenzhen (Shekou) Ferry Terminal.

You can check in for ANA flight departing from Hong Kong International Airport along with your ferry check-in procedure at Shekou Ferry Terminal. |

Your baggage is also transported directly to Japan. |

This service makes your transit at Hong Kong International Airport easy and speedy. |

Check- in for ANA flight via Hong Kong International Airport is completed at Shekou Ferry Terminal along with your ferry check-in procedure. |

90minutes is required by the scheduled departure time from arriving at SkyPier(Hong Kong International Airport Ferry Terminal) |

120minutes is required to customers who is not checked in at Shekou Ferry Terminal |

If the connection-time in Hong Kong International Airport is less than 90 minutes, ferry-ride is not available. |

The check-in will be closed by 30minutes before ferry scheduled departure time. |

The check-in service at Shekou is applied for customers taking flight operating by ANA (Code share flights will not be eligible) with ANA reservation |

Check-in and check-in baggage is only accepted on one sector departing from Hong Kong International Airport. |

For those customers with oversized baggage or with need for help, the check-in service at Shekou is not available. For more information, please contact ANA Hong Kong Office or ANA Reservations Center. |

Conditions of carriage of Ferry Company is applied about transport section from Shekou to Hong Kong International Airport. |

Refund of Airport Tax
Refund is available for those customers with Hong Kong Airport Tax included air-ticket. Please show your application form handed upon check-in at tax refund counter. |

Proceed to your boarding gate
Please come to the gate 30 minutes prior to your departure. |

This service is eligible for those customers connecting to ANA flight from ferry on the same day and having reserved air-ticket. |

There are no ANA ticketing counters available at the Shekou Ferry Terminal or SkyPier.
If you need to exchange your air-ticket or pay fare adjustment, please contact with ANA Hong Kong Office or ANA Reservations Center before the date of your departure. |

After arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, those customers with connecting flight should not be out of Hong Kong International Airport. |

Please note that any change on ferry operation or its schedule is not responsible to ANA. |

Ferry check-in procedure
Please proceed to 'Ferry Transfer Desk' which is located within immigration.(Follow the sign above.) Please purchase the ferry ticket showing your passport and your checked baggage tag. |

Please advance to the fourth floor by the elevator after check. |

Board bonded bus for SkyPier
Please proceed to Gate 10 and proceed for bonded bus to SkyPier. |

Bus gate is located within immigration area. Once you pass through Hong Kong immigration, your ferry ticket will be invalid. |

Customers with checked baggage are required to arrive at the Ferry Transfer Desk 60 minutes before ferry departure for document check/ purchase of tickets. Customers with hand baggage only are required to arrive at the Ferry Transfer Desk 30 minutes before ferry departure for document check/ purchase of tickets. |
