| Hong Kong – Tokyo flights (NH912/911) by Wet Lease

Please be informed that the operation of Hong Kong – Narita (Tokyo)
flights NH911 and NH912 will be operated by Air Japan (NQ), ANA Group, with effective
on 28th March 2004 in additional to NH176/175 Hong Kong – Osaka flights.
However, the flight number, in-flight service, mileage program (ANA Mileage Club),
reservation, and check-in service will remain unchanged, except the cabin attendants
are in Air Japan's uniform.
