Following the terrorist attacks in the United States, and subsequent requirements for airlines to increase insurance cover, and heightened airport security costs, we wish to advise that All Nippon Airways Group airlines will be applying an insurance surcharge as follows.

1. Amount

Domestic Sectors
On/before Feb23,2003: JPY400
On/after Feb24, 2003: JPY300 *(including consumption tax)

International Sectors
On/before Feb23,2003: USD4.2
On/after Feb24, 2003: USD3.2

Subject surcharge will apply per passenger for each segment to be flown , or equivalent in local currency.

2. Applicable Conditions
1) The insurance surcharge is applicable in addition to applicable fares and other charges and is not discountable.
2) The insurance surcharge does not affect applicable conditions of the fares or other charges.
3) When a ticket is presented for refund, the insurance surcharge collected on the ticket will be refunded in full.
