| International Fuel Surcharge Information |

Basically ANA will fix the fuel surcharge for three-month period. ANA will not amend this surcharge during the three-month period, from October 01, 2008 to December 31, 2008 and January 01, 2009 to March 31, 2009 except due to the concerned government approvals. |

The applicable fuel surcharge is based on the three-month average of the fuel price of the Singapore Kerosene and will be fixed for three months. For example, applicable fuel surcharge for on/after January 01,2009, is based on the three-month average (from August to October 2008) of the fuel price of the Singapore Kerosene. If the fuel price (Singapore kerosene) for this period moves beyond the benchmarks shown below, we will amend the fuel surcharge for tickets issued on/after November, 2008. In case of changing the fuel surcharge, we will file them to the governments concerned for approvals for amendments. |

If the three-month average fuel price falls below US$60, ANA will abolish the fuel surcharge. |

Basically ANA will fix the fuel surcharge for three-month period. ANA will not amend this surcharge during the three-month period, from April 01, 2008 to June 30, 2008 and July 01, 2008 to September 30, 2008 except due to the concerned government approvals. |

For example, applicable fuel surcharge for on/after July 1, 2008, is based on the three-month average (from Feb to Apr, 2008) of the fuel price of the Singapore Kerosene. If the fuel price (Singapore kerosene) for this period falls below the benchmarks shown below, we will reduce the fuel surcharge for tickets issued on/after May 1, 2008. In case of changing the fuel surcharge, we will file them to the governments concerned for approvals for amendments. |
