| Duty Free Concessions For Incoming Passengers to Hong
Kong (Effective from 1st April 2007) |

| A passenger aged 18 or above is allowed to bring into Hong Kong free of duty,
for his/her own use, dutiable commodities to the extent of: |
| |
1 litlre of alcoholic liquor ; and
60 cigarettes or 15 cigars or 75 grams of other manufactures tobacco |
| |
| A passenger holding a Hong Kong identity Card must spend 24hours or longer
outside Hong Kong in order to be qualified for the above duty - free concessions. |

Passengers possessing cigarettes / alcoholic liquor in excess
of the duty-free concessions or any prohibited / controlled items should enter
the "Goods to Declare" Channel (Red Channel) at an entry point and
have the items declared to a Custom officer. Otherwise they are liable to prosecution/penalty
and confiscation of the items. |

At the "Goods to Declare" Channel, passengers are liable to prosecution
and confiscation of the items if any fail to produce a valid license or permit
for the prohibited / controlled items. |

seek assistance form Customs officers on duty. |
