| Conditions for Award Applications |
|
Mileage is valid until the end of the 36th month after the date of activity.
(Ex.)Miles accrued on October 1, 2008 » Valid until October 31, 2011
From April 2008, the latest "mileage balance" and "validity" can be confirmed by logging in to ANA SKY WEB. |

| *The conditions below apply to all awards.(Please read
carefully) |
| 1. |
Award applications must be made by the member in person. Identification
must be verified upon application. When person other than principal applies,
identification of the agent must be verified. Please make sure you have your
ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card at hand when making a reservation. Applications
are not accepted without ANA number. |
| 2. |
Before applying for an award, members must be ensure that they have sufficient
mileage in their account. |
| 3. |
Awards will only be mailed to the registered address of the member. The mailing
address for ANA Gift Selection however can be altered. Shipping address must
be within Japan. |
| 4. |
Members cannot combine miles with those of family members or friends to claim
awards. Furthermore, mileage earned in partner programs cannot be combined with
ANA Mileage Club mileage. |
| 5. |
Mileage used to claim awards cannot be returned to the mileage account of
the member or exchanged for other awards in the event that the award is not used.
Awards claimed and not used will be deemed invalid. Please note however, that
an Award Mileage Refund Service is available for unused Flight Awards and Upgrade
Awards. Please Award Mileage Refund Service for details. |

| Eligibility |
|
*Up to ten people can be registered as benefits users, excluding the principal member. In the event of a change or cancellation of pre-registered infomation, a 5,000-mile modification commission will be charged per person.
*Modification commission will be waived for any changes or cancellation of exsisting award user by the following reasons. Please also note that submitting copy of the legal document for a proof of the event listed below will be required upon request.
Changes of registered name by marriage.
Cancellation of award user by death.
Necessary correction due to mis-spelling. |

| Refund Service for Unused Awards |
|
| Applicable only to all sectors of Japan Domestic · International Flight Awards which are unused. Mileage redeemed once for an award can be refund back to the account by paying a refund fee using miles. ANA International Flights Upgrade Awards, Star Alliance Upgrade Awards will be refunded without mileage refund fee. |

Important Notes on Mileage Service

Only awards which have not been used are considered eligible for mileage refunds. |

Mileage Refund Service is applicable only when you contact us during the above-mentioned "Accepting Period" and ANA receives tickets within the following periods.
International Flight Award Ticket: Within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket.
Domestic Flight Award Ticket: Within 10 days from expiration date of the ticket. |

Please note that any mailing costs incurred will be paid by the member. |

When a cancellation was not made prior to departure of the reserved flight, Award Mileage Refund Service is not available. |

Miles which are no longer valid at the time of a refund request will not be eligible for mileage refund. |

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for miles to be refunded. |

In the event of an application for refund for more than one member, each member will be required to pay the mileage refund fee. |

After the refund has been completed, the mileage refund fee will be deducted from the earliest year's accrued miles among all valid returned miles. |
