Exchanging to Package Tours
Reservation may be accepted by "ANA SKY HOLIDAY" "ANA HALLO TOUR" reservation centers listed on the left, and also at "ANA Sales Travel Counters."The necessary travel documents, such as the printed tour itinerary, will be sent upon receipt of the requisite "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" and payment.

Payment

Changing reservations
Changes to package tours you have applied for may be accepted once only within the period of validity. |

Refunds
In event of cancellation, in addition to the normal refund given for product cost not paid by "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)," a "Travel Reuse Voucher" will be issued in cases in which a balance remains after the cancellation fee has been deducted from the value of "ANA Value Voucher (Coupon)."

"Travel Reuse Vouchers" may be used once during the validity period of "ANA Value Voucher (Coupon)". Under no circumstances will the "Travel Reuse Voucher" be reissued. |

"Refunds will not be given in cash or "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)." Also, miles redeemed for "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" cannot be returned. |

"ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" will be returned, in addition to the normal refund for payment in cash or credit card, in special cases such as tours being cancelled because of flight cancellation due to bad weather or aircraft failure. |
