Catalogue sales for air tickets can be used.Mailing to specific locations in Japan "Ticket By Mail" is available. Please state the use of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" at the time of reservation. If reservation is made two weeks prior to departure, "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" must be mailed to specified address(will be advised at the time of reservation) by registered mail and must arrive by the ticketing time limit. Upon receipt of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" and payment, e-ticket slips for customers or air tickets will be sent. |

Payment
Fare difference may be paid for using cash, Electronic Money "Edy", ANA Gift Vouchers, ANA Travel Vouchers, or credit cards if the "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" are insufficient. However, no change will be returned if the value of the "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" exceeds the ticket fare.

Changing reservation

Changes to reservation may not be accepted on certain discounted fares. |

Refunds
Should a customer wish to return a ticket purchased with "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)," a refund will be given for the portion of the product cost that was paid by means other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)."

Refund fees for reservations made by methods other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" will deducted automatically. |

The portion of the ticket cost paid by "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" may not be refunded in cash or "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" or redeemed for mileage. |

"ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" will be returned, in addition to the normal refund for payment made by methods other than "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)," in special cases such as flight cancellation due to bad weather, aircraft failure, or passenger sickness. ("ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" will not be returned in special cases such as flight cancellation due to bad weather if they have expired at the time of completing the refund procedures.) |

Mileage Accrual
Flight miles may be accrued to the passenger flying with the ticket exchanged with "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). |
