| Eligible Flights |
Partner Flight Awards are eligible for use on only one airline other than
ANA for non Star Alliance Member Airlines.


Two or more Star Alliance Member Airlines' flights can be used. In this
case, the airlines can be combined flexibly.


Only Star Alliance Member Airlines are eligible for Round-the-World tickets. |

*Shanghai Airlines may have different date to start accepting flight reservation.
*If you only take the Shanghai Airline domestic flight within China, you can make flight reservation 60 days before departure.
[Ticketing period]
As soon as the reservation for all sectors are confirmed, tickets will be
issued. In the event that the ticket issue period has been announced,
ticketing must be completed within that period. Please note that
reservation are automatically canceled if ticketing is not implemented
within the period.

[How to receive partner airlines award tickets]
"Smart e-Ticket" is available for some
routes. There is no need to use a paper ticket with "Smart
e-Ticket." It's
very convenient and, once your reservation is confirmed, all you need to do is
check-in
at the airport.
*Please check eligible routes upon reservation.
*Please receive the Award Ticket by postal mail, e-mail, or by picking up at
ANA branch offices (excluding airports). Award Tickets can be mailed or e-mailed
to a member's registered address or e-mail address only.

| Stopover |
|
 |
Up to 4 stopovers (stay exceeding 24 hours) are permitted per itinerary (Departing from overseas, 1 stopover is permitted within Japan. No stopover within Japan when departing from Japan. 2 stopover permitted within Europe) One stopover is permitted for each city including the arrival destination. Ground transportation at other than the final destination is considered as a stopover. |

For International travel(itinerary including more than two countries), stopover and ground transportation are not permitted in country of origin. |
 |
In the case of Round-the-World tickets only, up to 8 stopovers are permitted between the origin and final return point. Of these, only 3 are permitted in Europe. |

| Other Itineraries |

The country of original departure cannot be used as a transfer point to a final destination. |
 |
The departure airport and final destination on the itinerary may differ, but must be in the same country. |
 |
Mileage for surface transportation sectors is not included when calculating travel mileage in the itinerary mileage calculation. |
 |
Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) is defined as one country, and even for itinerary of which departure airport and final destination differ is eligible. |
 |
If you take Eva Airlines, you can travel only within the Asian region. |
[Round the World Trip]
 |
Both eastbound and westbound travel is permitted, but backward travel is not allowed. 1 transpacific and 1 transatlantic flight must be included. |

The last international flight returning to the country of origin must be at least 10 days after the first international flight. |
 |
Reservations cannot be made via the Internet. Please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. |

| Connection to Japan Domestic Flights |
|
 |
Only ANA's Japan domestic flights can be used. (IBEX Airlines flights cannot be used.) |
 |
When connecting from ANA's Japan domestic flights (including ANA Connection) to ANA international flights, or vice versa, the required mileage is calculated based on all sectors including the international flight for award usage. However, stopovers (stay exceeding 24 hours) in Japan are not permitted if you are leaving Japan in your itinerary. When departing from overseas, only one stopover is permitted in Japan. |

Reservations are only accepted for regular seats on Japan domestic flights. |

| Mixed Classes |
|
Only one class can be used. Different classes can be used within the same
itinerary only by applying the higher class to the entire itinerary's mileage.
However, classes cannot be changed after issuing the tickets even by
applying the mileage for the higher class to the entire itinerary in which the
different class is included.
 |
First Class and Economy Class flights require each class's cabin award
level respectively. When traveling on a UA or US flight within America, or a
SA flight within South Africa with the
two above cabins (First Class and
Economy Class) and connecting to
international flights in Business
Class, the passenger may travel in
First Class at the Business Class
award level. |

| Waitlisting |

Waitlisting are not accepted (Including ANA flights). |

| Changes |
 |
 |
After the application, the passenger's name and the person who redeems
the mileages cannot be changed. |
 |
Flight numbers and dates can be changed only by contacting the ANA
Mileage Club Award Reservation Desk during business hours before
departure of the reserved flight and before any of the itinerary has been
used. (Carriers, passengers' names, sectors, stopover locations, transit
locations, and boarding class cabins cannot be changed.) Change is permitted
from 330 days prior to the requested departure date until seven days before
(excluding the day of departure). Open reservations and standby requests
are not permitted. Changes after the journey has commenced are not permitted
either. |

| Please confirm with each airline about the applicable period per flight when making the reservation. Award seats are subject to availability. (Award seats may not be available on some flights). |

| Infant |
 |
 |
When an infant is traveling using a Flight Award, a seat can be used for the
same mileage as an adult. If a flight award is not used for an infant, please
separately purchase an airline ticket at the infant fare (no seat allocation) or
at child fare (seat is allocated) for the same class as the adult passenger. |

If more than 2 infants(less than 2-years-old)are traveling with you
As shown on the left, a one-year-old* child
may sit on the lap of the adult (infant fare)
and the two-year-old* child must redeem a
Flight Award using the same total mileage as
an adult or purchase a child fare ticket.
