Present your ANA Mileage Club/ ANA Card at the front
desk when you check-in, and make a request for ANA Mileage Club Mileage Accrual. |

Make sure to receive a hotel receipt issued in your
name, confirming the rate and dates of your stay, when checking out. |

| Eligibility for Mileage Accrual |
|

Mileage accrual is applicable to that member only, and only for payment made
directly at the hotel. Stays at special group discount rates, other certain discount
rates and payment with coupons are excluded. Please confirm applicable rates for
mileage accrual with the respective hotel chain when making reservations. |

In the event that 2 or more members stay together in one room, mileage accrual
will only credited to one member. |
|
Mileage accrual for hotel stays will only apply to the person indicated on
the hotel receipt. |

| Retroactive Registration |
|
If there is a difference between the mileage printed on the statement you
receive and the actual mileage activity, please send the hotel receipt issued
in your name confirming the rate and dates of your stay, within 6 months of activity,
to the mailing address listed below for retroactive registration.
The appropriate Hotel Mileage will be credited to your mileage account as soon
as your claim is confirmed. Statement for payments made by credit cards are not
applicable for registration.
Please use the Retroactive Registration Form, available at the internet home
page to send through your request for retroactive registration.
Special ANA Hotel Discounts
When making reservations at ANA Hotels, inform them of your ANA Mileage Club/ANA
Card membership and present your card at check-in to receive a 20 % discount on
hotel room rates.(You will receive a 15% discount for hotel room rates at the
Matsuyama ANA Hotel Annex. A 10% discount will also be given to hotel room rates
at the Hakodate Harbor View Hotel and the Wakkanai ANA Hotel between June and
September).
*This service is not applicable to reservations made through travel agencies or
at special discount rates.
*Discount services are not available with Temporary Cards.
*Mileage Accrual is applicable in conjunction with this service.

This service offers the opportunity to make hotel reservations in connection with
ANA and Air Nippon flight reservations.
This service can not be used to make hotel arrangements separately from flight
reservations. (Reservations will be accepted until 17:00 of the day prior to the
planned/intended date of stay.) To make hotel reservations only, please reserve
directly with the hotel(Stays with regular hotel room rates are applicable for
mileage accrual).
