waitlisting service when making reservations if their chosen ANA Group flight

| Reservation Centers for all Star Alliance
airlines will offer Platinum Service members priority waitlisting on reservation

| Advance Reservations for Japan Domestic Flights |
| |
Platinum Service members and their travel companions will be eligible for
advance reservations via the Platinum Service Desk for ANA Group domestic flights
14 days in advance of the official two month period prior to boarding.
(Reservations
will not be confirmed until two month prior to boarding date. Please visit the
homepage or contact the Platinum Service Desk for final confirmation.) |

Advance Reservations will not be applicable to Flight Awards. Chowari reservations will be handled via special chowari reservation numbers as applicable for that time period. |

Advance Reservations can only be handled by the Platinum Service Desk (exclusive member reservations). This benefit will not be available for reservations made through the Internet or other reservation channels such as bookings made through travel agents and others. |

Please note that number of advance seat reservation seats are limited for forward area of aircraft. Is not available on code-share flights operated by affiliated airline companies. Please be aware that this service may not be available on all aircraft. |

Priority seat reservation is not applicable for Premium Class on domestic flights. |

Complimentary discount tickets, and Sky Mate Discount are not eligible. |

When flying domestically on an ANA Group flights, you can use most of ANA Japan domestic airport lounges.
For one upgrade points per use for each person
"Platinum Service" members and member's traveling companion are able to use lounge by presenting "Platinum Service" card. |

Points may be used by the member and the travel companion as well as the member's spouse and family relationship within two degrees. |
| |
Children under 3 years old do not need upgrade points for lounge access. |
