| Responsibilities: |
The successful candidate is responsible for providing full administration support, procurement of general office equipment and systems installation; coordinate with Beijing office and Tokyo Headquarter on matters related to general administration; able to communicate well with both internal and external parties; prepare memos, letters and reports.
Report to Manager of Administration Section. |

| Requirements: |

Diploma or above |
| - |
4-5 years relevant experience. Working experience in airlines industry or customer services field is an advantage. |

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential |
| - |
Mature, good negotiator, self-motivated and capable of working independently and under pressure |

Sound PC knowledge in MS applications including Chinese Word processing |
| - |
Work in City Office (Kowloon). |
