Agent, Administration/General Affairs Department (Ref: Admin)
 
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible for providing full administration support, procurement of general office equipment and systems installation; coordinate with Beijing office and Tokyo Headquarter on matters related to general administration; able to communicate well with both internal and external parties; prepare memos, letters and reports.
Report to Manager of Administration Section.
 
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 4-5 years relevant experience. Working experience in airlines industry or customer services field is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
- Mature, good negotiator, self-motivated and capable of working independently and under pressure
- Sound PC knowledge in MS applications including Chinese Word processing
- Work in City Office (Kowloon).

Attractive remuneration package includes a 5-day working week, reduced fare travel, medical and other fringe benefits. Salary offer will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
